 ITINERARY :

  10th of March 2004 Wednesday :

  Meeting at CSSM at 1pm. (Sandwiches and drinks will be served at CSSM).

 

  At 2pm depart CSSM for the organized bus which will transport workshop participants to the Barossa Valley (55 km from Adelaide). The bus will depart from the corner of Pulteney and Grenfell street, Adelaide. This will be the only bus organized by CSSM.

 

  The bus will arrive at the Novotel at approx. 4pm. Participants should check in and then make their way to the pool for the workshop reception which commences at 5pm.

 

     

  11th of March 2004 Thursday :

      Workshop registration in Function foyer from 8.30 to 9.00am.

    

  13th of March 2004 Saturday :

    

  Before Lunch : Workshop will adjourn and reconvene on Monday  the 15th of March in CSSM, Adelaide. At 2pm an organized bus will transport CSSM staff, students and participants who have indicated an early return to Adelaide.

 

  14th of March 2004 Sunday :

    

  At 4.30pm  an organized bus  will transport  workshop participants from the Barossa Valley to the Meridien Hotel or to the University of Adelaide in Adelaide city.

 

 

  15th of March 2004 Monday :

   

  Workshop reconvenes in CSSM, Adelaide.

 

                             

  19th of March 2004 Friday :

 

  Workshop ends.

 

 VENUES IN THE BAROSSA :

  All full buffet breakfasts served at the Novotel, Barossa Valley Resort (Harry's Restaurant) from 6.30 am - 9.00 am.

 

  All morning and afternoon coffee breaks served in the Function Foyer.

  All lunches on workshop days will be served in the Function Foyer.

  All talks will be held in the "Conference Room :CABERNET" in the Conference area.

  Working areas  (Rooms:Merlot, Semillon) will be available for discussions.

 VENUES IN ADELAIDE :

  All breakfasts served on the All Seasons Adelaide Meridien ( The Meridien Bistro) starting from  7.00 am at participants cost $15.00.

 

  All morning and afternoon coffee breaks served in the CSSM foyer.

  All talks will be held at the CSSM  in the seminar room.
