Laura, Matthew and Ilais' place on the web
Welcome to Laura, Matthew and Ilias' little corner of cyberspace.
Since we have now been blessed with three children, we felt it was easier
for everyone if we maintained a single page for all. Pictures will
invariably have some combination of all three in them, so keeping them
separate on the web really doesn't make a lot of sense.
Updates are posted here as they come into existance, which is
roughly determined by Kylie and I having time to take them.
22 February 2001: Laura Kate Woithe is born.
- Laura, one week old.
- Having reached the grand age of 3 months, we figured it was time for
another update.
- We weren't quite so slow this time - this update
came in half the the time of the previous one.
- Four weeks have passed, so we considered it was time for
another round of photos.
- Laura's 7 month birthday seemed like a good excuse for
another round of photos.
- Another 6 weeks and Laura's suddenly 8.5 months
old.
- Time flies when your baby's growing up. Laura's well and truly past
the 9 month mark now.
- Laura's 10th month flew by, but we managed to catch
the 11th before it sped off into the sunset.
- Laura is now 1 year old; we felt
some new pictures were in order.
- We've been a bit slack in getting some recent pictures up on the web,
but for all those patient folks out there,
here is a selection
from her 13th and 14th months.

- It's been close to 4 months since the last round of photos, so we
thought Laura's 21st was as good an excuse as any for
another update.
- On 22 February 2003 Laura turned 2. We had a small gathering around at
our place to celebrate this milestone which gave us the opportunity
to provide another update.
1 May 2003: Matthew Alexander Woithe arrives.
Matthew Woithe ventured out into this wide world on 1 May 2003. He
journeyed home on 3 May 2003 and made it onto the web on 7 May 2003. In the
tradition forged by Laura, Matthew will now start making appearances in
photos on this page (updated as always at semi-regular intervals).

These are just some preliminary shots to wet the appetite; a few more
will follow in the following week or there abouts.
- Better late than never, we present the 8 week old
Matthew update.
- How times flies - another month has gone by and Matthew gets bigger
and bigger. We took a couple of pictures on 20
July 2003 to illustrate this.
- After almost 3 months of nothing, we finally have
another photo update. Sorry about the delay.
This was taken on 12 October 2003, making Matthew just over 5 months
old.
- Ok, we're slack (and very busy). We haven't done an update on these
pages for over 12 months. Sorry about that - we'll try to do better
in 2005. In the meantime, we have prepared a page of 2004 memories which should bring everyone
up to date on what Laura and Matthew look like now and what they have
been up to in 2004.
- 2005 is nearly gone and we've taken the opportunity to present a page
of Highlights from 2005. However, once
again it's been 12 months since an update. To avoid any future
embarassment we won't be saying anything about the likely frequency of
updates in 2006. At least it'll keep the element of surprise on our
side.
10 November 2004: Ilias Ben Woithe arrives.
Ilias Woithe graced this planet with his presence on 10 November 2006
and made it onto the web the next day.
