WISER REPORT 2003
 


The World Institute for Space Environment Research (WISER) began its operation, under the direction of Professor Abraham C.-L. Chian, on 1 December 2001 at the University of Adelaide, Australia; and was officially endorsed by 61 leading space scientists from 20 countries/regions during the World Space Environment Forum (WSEF2002) held in 22-25 July 2002 in Adelaide. This Report presents a summary of WISER’s activities from its inauguration up to 28 February 2003.
