Mathematical Physics Group

We work in diverse areas such as quantum field theory, string theory, statistical mechanics, theoretical condensed matter physics, general relativity, quantum gravity and cosmology, and are involved with the National Institute for Theoretical Physics, the Special Research Centre for the Subatomic Structure of Matter and the Institute for Geometry and its Applications, all based at the University of Adelaide.
