 ITINERARY

  10th of March 2004 Wednesday :

  At about 2pm  a bus will be organized by CSSM to transport workshop participants to the Barossa Valley (55 km from Adelaide). The bus will depart from the University of Adelaide. This will be the only bus organized by CSSM.

 

  17.00 - 17.30 : Registration.

               

 17.30             : Welcome Reception.

 

  11th of March 2004 Thursday :

    

  Workshop begins.

 

  13th of March 2004 Saturday :

    

 Before Lunch : Workshop will adjourn and reconvene on Monday  the 15th of March in CSSM, Adelaide.

    

  After Lunch :   FREE HALF DAY

 

 

Most of the local participants will return to Adelaide but we encourage overseas visitors to stay in the Barossa to enjoy the wineries and other attractions in the region. Most of the accommodation in Adelaide is fully booked from mid February to mid March due to the large number of national and international festivals. There will be a bus organised on Sunday afternoon to transfer the participants who stayed in the Barossa on Saturday night.  In any case, if you wish to return to Adelaide on Saturday  the 13th of March please complete and return the Registration Form before mid November.  After this date guests must arrange their own accommodation in Adelaide at their own risk.

                           

 

   14th of March 2004 Sunday :

 

  FREE  DAY

 

  Late in the afternoon a bus will be organized by CSSM to transport  workshop participants from the Barossa Valley to the Meridien Hotel or to the University of Adelaide in Adelaide city.

 

  15th of March 2004 Monday :

   

  Workshop reconvenes in CSSM, Adelaide.

 

  19th of March 2004 Friday :

 

  Workshop ends.

 

 WORKSHOP FORMAT:

   The Workshop will have morning talks and late afternoon talks with most of the afternoon left free for collaborative discussions and working groups.

 

  Sufficient computers and connections for notebooks will be provided so that people can access their e-mail.

    Working areas will be available for discussions.

 WORKSHOP PROGRAMME:

  The program will be available here at a later stage.
