AIP Dinner: "Meet the President"

AIP members are invited to join A/Prof. John O'Connor, AIP president, and AIP-SA committee members for dinner at Caffe Buongiorno (187 Rundle Street) on Thursday August 8th. This is your chance to hear about, or query, the issues that the AIP or `Physics in Australia' in general is facing and to give your opinion on what the AIP should be doing for you and the community. Don't miss this chance!! If you're not hungry, just join us for a cup of coffee!

Please inform the AIP-SA secretary (contact information above) of your intention to attend the dinner so that an appropriate table can be reserved by noon of Aug 8th.

In addition AIP members are welcome to attend a departmental seminar "AIP - Goals and Directions" by John O'Connor at the University of Adelaide that same day:
