Main: Either Loin of Lamb with sweet potato gateaux, served
with tomato relish and Rosemary glaze
or Fish of the Day. Seasonal market selection with your choice of tomato and avocado salsa, lemon dill butter or Hollandaise sauce.
Dessert: Either Fresh fruit salad and Brandy Snap Basket with
berry coulis and ice cream
or Grand Marnier Profiteroles served with toffee orange sauce.
Pre-dinner drinks will be available from the bar. The 3-course dinner will be accompanied by selected wines courtesy of the AIP-SA.
The cost of the dinner is $34 for members and guests and $20 for AIP student members. Bookings for the dinner should be made with the AIP-SA secretary before 5pm, Friday November 16th. 2001.
